Takagi TK-110U-I 200 replacing the discontinued Takagi TK-Jr2

GlobalTowne carries the full line of Takagi gas tankless water heaters.  The Takagi heaters come in non-condensing and condensing tankless.  The Condensing units utilize a secondary heat exchanger making them a lot more efficient.  Takagi had discontinued the Takagi TK-Jr2 indoor non-condensing tankless water heater.  These units were 140K BTU and required 4" stainless steel venting for the exhaust and took it's intake air from the room installed in.  The new Takagi TK-110U-I is a close replacement for the older TK-Jr2 model and comes in either Natural Gas (NG) or Liquid Propane (LP).

The Takagi TK-110U-I is a direct vent unit and is a non-condensing model and is 140K BTU.  The TK-110U-I uses a twin pipe system for venting.  The exhaust is vented to the outside either horizontally or vertically and the intake air is taken from the outside also.  The TK-110U-I can be exhaust vented with 4" diameter CAT III stainless Steel. This makes the Takagi TK-110U-I a good replacement for the older Takagi TK-Jr2 units as the same existing venting can be used.
