Takagi T-H3M-DV Indoor Tankless Water Heater

The Takagi T-H3M-DV is a small condensing unit with a maximum of 120,000 BTU and is ideal for 1 bath homes or small cottages.  the T-H3M-DV is a direct vent unit and is designed to operate on your existing 1/2" gas line.  The T-H3M-DV is a condensing unit and is very efficient and uses 3" PVC for exhaust venting and for taking it's intake air from the outside.  The T-H3M-DV supplies hot water to domestic hot water systems (directly or indirectly) which can be used with storage tanks, recirculation systems, hydronic heating systems, radiant floor systems, and/or domestic & heating applications.  With gas inputs of 120,000 BTU, the T-H3M can produce enough hot water for two bathrooms in warmer climates or 1.5 baths in colder climates.  Please see the specifications listed below.
